Dalgona coffee recipe is quite affordable. The drink consists of only four ingredients that almost everyone will find at home - it is instant coffee, sugar, water and milk. A feature of the recipe is that the first three components are mixed in equal amounts, in a ratio of 1: 1: 1. And the only difficulty that you have to face is whipping time. If possible, use a mixer. But if you want to beat with a whisk, you can, however, take about 5-7 minutes, or, as the Koreans themselves joke, 400 turns of the whisk!

Interestingly, the drink is presented both in warm and in cold form. In the first case, heated milk is added, in the second - cold milk, with ice cubes in addition. Milk, by the way, can be of animal or vegetable origin - this is not important. We will cook on oatmeal.
Ingredients:
instant coffee - 3 tbsp. lcane sugar - 3 tbsp. l
hot water - 3 tbsp. l
oat milk - ⅔ cup
cinnamon - for decoration
Cooking method:
1. Pour sugar and instant coffee into a bowl, pour hot water. Mix lightly.
2. Using a mixer or whisk, beat the mass to a thick foam so that you can then make dense curls on the surface from it. The color of the foam should acquire a golden hue.
3. Pour cool milk into a glass (add ice if desired). Put foam on top with a spoon. Due to its airy texture, it will remain on the surface. Mix lightly, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
